Hello, I have a few questions about narrative limitations, just to clarify: How realistic do you want this to be? Should we make this look as much like how we imagine the actual missions will realistically look at this point in time? Or can we embellish? Can we envision how missions to/on Mars will look in a few decades? A few hundred years?
Thanks!

Your story should showcase NASA's plans for Mars exploration which include the Orion spacecraft and the Space Launch System rocket. With that said, there is no reason that your narrative can't span a long period of time and focus on future exploration after acknowledging the first steps.

Means we have to basically innovate our ideas by taking all the possibilities on mars by focusing on the future exploration......

It's still unclear to me what criteria should be articulated in the narrative.... specifically, how much should be referential to NASA and how much should be creative license? Thanks!

I'm pretty sure that they're saying that as long as it shows Orion and SLS in some way, we can be as creative as we want (futuristic or realistic)

It seems that these plans are pretty important to the competition... Is there a place where we can find "NASA's plans for Mars exploration" laid out specifically? Thanks

OK so is this more of a documentary about Orion? or a actually story to go to mars using Orion?

OK so is this more of a documentary about Orion? or a actually story to go to mars using Orion? Not a documentary. Orion and the Space Launch System are the building blocks for NASA's plans for taking humans to Mars. The story can be in the near future or can look ahead of what future Mars exploration looks like having started with Orion and SLS.
